BTB Review: Creamy Latte Greentea by Missha

Review time!!!

It's been more than year ever since I got this and been using it as part of my routine. When it comes to products we use that often, I want to be 100% sure on the opinion I'll be sharing. So we can assume a year is enough-ish to be sure, no?

So what is it?

A Cleansing Foam, by South Korean cosmetics brand Missha. The Creamy Latte series comes in three different "flavors": Creamy Latte Strawberry, Creamy Latte Chocolate, and Creamy Latte Green Tea.

Appearance

Unlike other S.Korean cosmetic brands Missha tends to have a more adult appearance on their products. Not the usual dolly looks, or with kitty paw prints.

here's how I like to use it, adding this little vibrating sponge, which also comes with different pieces to massage the face. So maybe no clarisonic yet lol but still a way to pamper yourself! However, since the sponge has quite an exfoliating effect, I add it to the routine once a week.

However, I really like this design. It's simple but really elegant. The golden frame around the product name stands out on the white and gives it a minimalist rococo feel... if such a thing exists lol

The Foam

Since my choice was Green Tea it has this very light green tone, plus the pearly look that's common in many cleansing foams. Also, it really SMELLS like green tea! You'll notice once you apply the product since it isn't strong or invasive at all.

More than a year later and I'm still far from finishing the tube. It's good to keep it in the shower (makes the process faster). As usual with foams it only takes a small pearl amount, the foam grows generously on your palm and it can be extended all over your face, neck and even chest.

Results

Squeaky clan face, of course! This is a simple foam after all, which is perfect to add to your routine. The product claims to help controlling sebum, but you know that's quite difficult with just using one product if other factors are interfering. So think of it as a complement, and rest assured it won't become your enemy on producing even more sebum.

Ingredients
Water(Aqua), Stearic Acid, Glycerin, Lauric Acid, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Myristic Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, PEG-100 Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Beeswax(Cera Alba), Milk, Camellia Sinensis, Leaf Extract, Disodium EDTA, BHT, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Chlorphenesin, Fragrance(Parfum), Yellow 10(Cl 47005), Yellow 6(Cl15985), Blue 4(Cl 42090)

Conclusion

Highly doubt you wouldnt be satisfied with this! It's gentle, it does its work, it's pretty, smells good and it's cheap! (5$ according to Missha US). I'm giving this loyal foam a:
4/5
